چکیده
Dermoscopy is a non-invasive diagnostic technique for the observation of pigmented skin lesions, permitting recognition morphologic structures not visible by naked eye. The consists placing mineral oil, alcohol or even water on lesion that subsequently inspected using hand-held lens, dermatoscope, stereomicroscope, camera, digital imaging system. magnifications these various instruments range from 6x up to 100x.The fluid placed eliminates surface reflection and renders cornified layer translucent, thus allowing better visualization within epidermis, dermoepidermal junction superficial dermis. Male-pattern hair loss (MPHL), also known as androgenic alopecia male pattern baldness, occurs due an underlying susceptibility follicles toshrinkage influence hormones. most common cause will affect 70% men 40% women at some point in their lifetimes.Men typically present with progressive temples vertex balding, whereas diffuse over top scalps.Platelet-rich plasma defined volume fraction autologus blood above baseline platelet concentration usually more than 1,000,000 platelets/μL.PRPs regenerative potential depends levels released GFs.Alpha granules platelets contain GFs, which upon activation, are responsible initiation maintenance healing response. PRP carry 20 GFs other protein molecules, such adhesion chemokines, interact promote inflammation, cell proliferation, differentiation, regeneration. In this study, aim was objectively assess proposed therapeutic effect treatment AGA through measuring density dermoscopic evaluation, pull test, gross pictures patients satisfaction scale. The study included 30 different grades androgenetic alopecia, our were 15 males females ranging grade Ι ΙΙΙ Ludwig classification FPHL 3 6 Norwood Hamilton total sessions, 4 successive ones weeks apart 12 2 separate 24wk last evaluation done 1 year later 1st session. The results classified depending lasting into short term months start sessions gave statistically positive values regarding test counted dermoscope long starting 5th month duration showed decline both numbers Which indicatesthe needfo retreatment addition another line o medical e.g., minoxidil finasteride.
